Results of our customer survey
We were very pleased with the high satisfaction and recommendation rate (98%). The areas of availability, service, delivery time and delivery reliability were also rated well (over 90% in each case), as was the price-performance ratio at 89.5%. Although not all participants were able to respond to the technical advice of our project managers and the quality of our translations, 75% of our customers are very satisfied here.
Of course, the most exciting thing for us was the question about other services, comments and suggestions for improvement. We will definitely take all the answers to heart and implement them. Thank you very much for your active cooperation!
