Mobility and home office
We want to be able to work just as well from anywhere in the world as we can in the office. Our equipment is therefore geared towards this. We work with PCs and smartphones.
Even if it is normally important to sit together as a team in the office in many situations, we are open to mobile working. After arranging this with the team, this may also be in your home office.
We provide the technology and you provide the appropriate internet connection.
Overtime cannot always be avoided, but we place great emphasis on sufficient rest. We do not simply pay for overtime, but compensate for this by providing precious time off in lieu. We avoid carrying over holidays to the next year.
We make sure that lunch breaks are taken and provide a kitchen and relaxation areas – even a large sun terrace.
Ventures and team spirit
We maintain a simple and pragmatic collaborative relationship with each other.
Direct, open and respectful communication is important for our collaborative relationship and common development. Only mutual trust helps us to reduce complexity.
We are also active: we do what is needed to be a good team.
Training and continuing education
The professional training and personal development of our employees is particularly important to us. We therefore jointly discuss and agree development opportunities and qualifications in regular meetings.
Part-time work is welcomed
We believe that work must always fit into the relevant situation in life so that a person feels good at work. We are therefore open to various part-time concepts.
Working part-time does not affect your career and promotion opportunities in our company because our focus is on quality and not quantity. It's not just parents who work part-time in our company, but also colleagues who want to shape their work-life balance consciously and individually.
We support you with a subsidy for a monthly public transport season ticket or offer you an E-bike lease.
