Results of our customer survey
We were very pleased about the high satisfaction and recommendation rate (98%). The areas of accessibility, service, delivery time and delivery reliability were also rated well (over 90% in each case), as was the price-performance ratio with 89.5%. Not all participants were able to answer the question about the professional advice of our project managers and the quality of our translations, but 75% of our customers are very satisfied here.
Of course, the most exciting thing for us was the question about further services, comments and suggestions for improvement. We will definitely take all the answers to heart and implement them. Thank you very much for your active cooperation!
